Food Factory Dingwall
An expanding local company specialising in food products from local produce needed a purpose built ‘food factory’ to cater for the development of their business. Designed and constructed under tight budgetary constraint the brief was for a simple single storey building.
The building combines larch clad exterior and timber frame construction with a concrete floor slab and under floor heating, highly insulated with heat exchange system for the kitchen and freezer room it is an energy efficient building.
Project duration: 6 months, completion Early 2004.
