Executive Housing Development Inverness

A green field site on the outskirts of Inverness zoned for housing. The brief was to develop a scheme for large 5 bedroom + houses for the expanding executive market in Inverness. With a core of ‘standard’ house types designed specifically for the development modifications were made throughout the project to meet purchaser’s demands.

Project duration: 3 years, completion December 2006.
