Dental Practice and Offices

A purpose built dental practice in Dingwall.

This two storey building is situated in Dingwall Business Park adjacent to the childcare facility we were involved in previously and for the same developer client. The building is a steel and timber frame lightweight construction to accelerate construction time and retain simplicity. It comprises a purpose designed dental clinic for the incoming tenant who had been involved from an early stage in the design process and a first floor office.

The style of the building ties in with other projects we have completed in the Business Park, combining composite cladding panels and glazing to give a simple principal building mass with a quirky entrance area.

This project is due on site in Autumn 2009.
