A family home in the centre of Inverness.

The client had a specific requirement for a large amount of accommodation so selected this serviced plot in Inverness because of its suitability for the construction of a large basement spanning the entire footprint of the house. The plot also has the advantage of views to the north to Ben Wyvis and is located within a short walk from local shops, gym and a new primary school.

The style of the house is typical of its surroundings - suburban family homes.

The project was completed late in 2008.
