2 Houses at Tore

Two speculative build three bedroom houses for local contractor / developer Ewen Gillies Builders Ltd.
The site is located in the village of Tore on the A9 main road between Inverness and Dingwall. A tight triangular site with no mains drainage required shallow plan houses with a north south orientation and a communal drainage treatment area designed by JIG Ltd.
The houses are a variation on the local vernacular style with a combination of Cedar cladding, white render finish walls and a slate roof.
The project is currently at planning permission stage.
