Bridgend Court Phase 2

The brief was to develop the disused industrial site immediately North of phase 1. Several different house types were designed creating a development of 24 units including both private and affordable houses and flats.

The site is surrounded on 2 sides by the Peffery Burn which has created opportunities for us to work with a local landscape designer in order to provide an amenity space that can by enjoyed by all residents.
