Offices and Masterplan

In order to maximise potential Fairways Developments Ltd approached us to design a modern office extension to the existing Fairways Golf Club in Inverness.

The white render and cedar cladding along with the curtain wall glazing will create a crisp modern office, which will be a focus on the northern distributer road.

Along with the creation of 6 open plan offices a masterplan was provided for the car park to allow more parking for both the office and the golf club.

This project has been halted as a result of plans for a new distributor road to the south of Inverness.

Project duration: 9 months.
