Bridgend Court Dingwall

The developer client Cameron Paterson Homes Ltd. Approached us in December 2000 with a view to developing a disused industrial site on the outskirts of Dingwall, with a brief for a traditional style townhouse development.

The development comprises eight two storey townhouses with a private access off the busy Strathpeffer Road.

Project duration: 6 months, completion due in Spring 2007.

Construction cost: £600,000
