Golf Clubhouse

Golf Clubhouse
Up
Down

In order to improve the image of the club the forward thinking committee at Invergordon Golf Club commissioned the redesign of the club house.

The site is in an elevated south facing position with views over the Cromarty Firth. The brief was therefore to maximise this vista with curtain walling and elevated decked break out space from the bar and restaurant area.

Constrained to retaining the foot print and sub structure of the original building the revamped club house combines rendered block work and cedar panels with a large projecting roof to give the building a nautical appearance, fitting with its environment and recent buildings in the port of Invergordon.

Currently at funding stage.

This project will not proceed beyond feasibility.
